Terms and Conditions: Emergency Medical Care

1. No emergency medical care

Harmony Pharmaceutical provides non-emergency, telephonic medical consultations and diagnoses. Our services are not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please do not use our services. Unless you are subscribed to our 24 hour emergency ambulance package.

2. Immediate action for emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, you must immediately seek assistance from a physical medical facility of your choice. This may include calling an ambulance, visiting an emergency room at a public or private hospital, or going to the nearest clinic.

3. Critical symptoms and conditions

If you experience any of the following symptoms or any other condition you consider life-threatening, you must seek immediate emergency medical care:

Sudden, severe, or persistent chest pain or pressure.

Sudden shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.

Loss of consciousness or sudden confusion.

Severe allergic reactions.

Sudden and severe headaches.

Sudden dizziness, weakness, or trouble speaking.

Severe injuries or uncontrolled bleeding.

Any other condition where you feel your life is in danger.

4. Your responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your medical condition requires emergency care. If there is any doubt regarding the seriousness of your medical condition, you agree to seek in-person medical attention without delay.

5. Our limitations

Our medical professionals are trained for telephonic consultations, which have inherent limitations. They cannot perform a physical examination or conduct diagnostic procedures that may be necessary to assess an emergency condition. The medical advice provided is based solely on the information you give and is not intended to address emergency situations.

6. Limitation of liability

Harmony Pharmaceutical is not liable for any death, injury, or other harm resulting from your failure to seek appropriate emergency medical treatment. Your decision to use our service for a potential emergency is at your own risk.
